Figure is exactly what I wanted for my son with all the pieces. And we planned to open it, but the package was already opened when we received it and he slid right out the bottom when we took it out of the box. I could see someone else getting mad about it saying factory sealed in the description. I would have bought it at the same price even if it said used because like I said, this is exactly what I wanted.
