Transaction with supplier positive. Well packaged. Have stuck chimney back on!! Royal Mail I'm afraid let the whole experience down. by delivering late. Also trying to track package on Royal Mail was non existent. Entering the tracking number just showed the message "there will only be an update in tracking after we attempt to deliver". This is not tracking a delivery.

For accuracy, listing stated that chimney needed re-sticking. The postage used was 2nd class and the £4.49 for this medium size parcel was included in the price. The tracking on this service only states when the parcel has been delivered, this is usually confirmation enough and is covered for up to £20.
