Sold me a knock off Kate Spade phone case. Described as an "opened box" with assurance that it is in excellent condition, like new. Received case, extremely scratched up and without Kate Spade logo, which means it is a knock off. Wrote to seller expressing my disappointment and wanting to resolve with return and refund. Seller said, "take it up with eBay". Beware this seller. False posting as to what you are getting and no attempt to resolve the issue. Extremely disappointed.
