    Simple phone

    This little device offers a simple way to do calls and receive "text messages." I mentioned "receive" because it does not have a touch screen that allows easy typing. The battery life is amazing, my phone can go two days without a charge. Then again, I do not use my phone as much as most people do. It can connect to WiFi but The small size screen is an obstacle if you want a good web browsing experience. It also has Blue Tooth which is good. I use this feature for audio books. The sound from the Headphone Jack is not too good. The music player App is not that great is you have a large amount of Music as I do. Sorry, no music if you are using this phone! You can also use a Micro SD Card, mine is 32 GB and it works. However, the SD must be formatted to a format which I am not sure is ...

    Volume doesn’t work on the phone at all we have to use speakerphone

    The phone is great it works fine except for the volume button does not work. If I want to answer or talk on the phone at all if I have to put it on speakerphone and that doesn’t give you much privacy. Granted it was used but I expected it to work

    Phone designed for seniors is hard for them to set up.

    I bought this for a senior citizen because of the large buttons and LACK of bells and whistles. It DOES NOT come with a manual so for my senior, I had to print out the 68 page manual. Trying to read the manual online is difficult for him as his eyesight is failing.
