    Forget season one, just watch season 2

    I received my product very quickly. DVD is in excellent condition. I got this FF DVD primarily for the 2nd season as the 1st season was an atrocity in both animation and stories. The 2nd season featured vastly improved animation and the 13 episodes were plucked from actual comic book stories. Shame they couldn't sell this in separate seasons as I would never watch the 1st season , let alone buy it. I wish the 2nd season had gone on for a 3rd.

    A nice addition to your collection. Great value for a awesome deal!!

    First, I love watching this series in the 90's like the other Marvel series. I got this DVD set on an awesome deal from a great seller who deserved more than 5 stars. Of course, watching it now makes some of the scenes sound painful, such as in the episode featuring the Moleman, where Johnny Storm started rapping for his girlfriend at a party, but most of the scenes brought back memories when Marvel rules the action figure aisles. The innocence, silliness and straight-forward message of these cartoons were easily accepted back then, as compared to the present cynical outlook of today's viewers. So, if you're looking to a more gritty and cerebral line of toons, these ain't it. You'd be better off watching Planet Hulk or any of the Marvel Knights animated series. But for a simple enjoyment ...
