Ok what now. I recieved this product and just opened it today so we can process chicken in the next day or two. It has been damaged in shipping. DENTS, BEND and the frame around the product was broken. Not very impressed with how bad this showed up at my house. I need it so I can't just ship it back.

20-inch size in title was misleading, since only 18-inch measuring capacity, but not seller's fault. Others and source of item are listing overall shipping dimensions, but not the measuring limit as most would list for the size.
Does indeed match the photos and rest of listing is accurate, and was a better price than others on eBay. Should have zoomed in on photos showing 18-inch measuring limit.
No problem with seller who was wanting to resolve size issue, but not their error. Satisfied!
