Overall it was a positive experience with this seller however the condition of the item( GH X-plorer guitar) was not exactly as described it does work well but I wasn't aware that the downstrum didn't work. It's fixable so not a huge deal. It was packaged very well in bubble wrap to ensure no issues during transit! Also cheaper shipping is always a plus.

    Great hotspot

    Great little hotspot for Tmobile. This is my second unit--needed to get internet access for a friend. Works great for laptops, tablets, cell phones and even desktop computers. This one came with different packaging than I had prior--and no user guide or booklet. I had one from before, so that wasn't a problem. But a first time user might have a harder time. The buttons work by HOLDING your finger on it. A LONG PRESS is about 65 seconds holding finger on button--not pressing hard. Once active, it is a light touch to select a button--not a tap like a smartphone. Once you get used to it, you will love it.

    Item is only partially operational

    Turns on but soft touch buttons all fail to operate. Understand it's used but really. Said it was tested, just not sure by who.
