Through our many messages where you have refused to explain why you disassembled this speaker before reaching out to us or how you powered this speaker, we did explain multiple times that we would gladly honor a free in-policy return for a refund, which you refused. You were never told you could not get a refund, we explained that we wished to follow eBay policy with a return, which you refused.
