I even have a LG sign on my door and the driver's continue to leave items at my door on the 2nd floor of my apt. Good thing I was leaving cuz, there it was, right in front of my door. Don't ask customers to write in delivery instructions if NOBODY will pay attn to the !!!! The item weighs so much, being disabled, I can't even lift it. Defeats the purpose of a portable pedicycle.

Just as described and they got it to me super fast. I think it arrived a day or 2 early. In the pictures you can see that they didn't take live photos of the item since this one has Amazon tape all over the back. I asked about the condition of the box and they didn't mention the fact that this might have been a returning had possibly been opened. I am hoping all items are inside since I bought this as a gift. All that being said, I would still purchase from this seller again.
