This item arrived in an Amazon bag which at first confused me. The padded envelope was filthy, and the box of dryer sheets was flattened into a pancake. Box sides were both open as was the perforated front. To send it in a dirty envelope from Amazon instead of a box would have saved it from being a crushed and ripped open when it arrived.
