I was looking forward to this item, Percy, for my kids as we’ve been searching for a while! When Percy came, it was packaged well in its original box, with no damage to the box… but the engine itself had a broken coupler and a broken off piece from the front push bar. We were upset about it… but I reached out to the store (seller) and they were very kind and took the time to look up the coupler piece and informed me they will send me the coupler part so I can fix it. 5 star seller for fixing it

Item arrived with THREE of the "LADDERS" on each end and on one side off and in many, many pieces!! Box looked completely intack and not damaged. Item was advertised as "NIB"! I have never received a Boxcar in this condition. Called for a return which I was able to do. They gave me my entire amount (Including Shipping)back to me! They also provided a Return Label!!!
