This item was listed as New. When I received the item and opened the box, I found the laser module packaging was opened and there were marks on the gantry where it has been assembled, the screen is bad and the fire sensor does not work. It appears these sellers are selling factory refurbished items and not "New" as decribed. The customer service is extremely slow to repsond and has not yet adressed the issues I have. The customer service contact is the the same as the seller here.
