Thermostat returned due to it being defective. This was not the fault of shopwithtasha (932). Unit was not damaged in transit. Package was completely sealed and unopened. This was a manufacturer defect. shopwithtasha (932) provided free return shipping and prompt refund. However, I did lose the amount I paid for shipping when I ordered the product.
