NO PROTECTIVE PACKING and everything smashed around in shipping and says I should talk to the post office. Non stop arguing and claims "I am a retired Lutheran Pastor with an exemplary reputation" so I guess that means he doesn't have to give customer service. Accuses my claim is "Absolutely impossible" but I now own boxes full of broken parts now...
