Great, if not one of the best live recordings of the Stones during the Mick Taylor years. Excellently recorded performance. This was a Super Hot album when it was released, and it still holds up to this day. A classic "Party" album for sure.

The Dylan lyric quote referred to in the description is: "Oh, jewels and binoculars hang from the head of the mule But these visions of Johanna, they make it all seem so cruel" This is not a cruel album at all, but one of the essential live rock albums of all time. It really captures the spirit of the '69 tour prior to Altamont. Mick Taylor's fat single note leads and slide work, jamming along with Keith's rhythm playing is a joy to hear on this disc. (Now if the Stones can only release "Ladies and Gentlemen, The Rolling Stones", from the '72 tour, we'll really be able to hear Mick Taylor at his peak.)
A great Rolling Stones archival release worth checking out.
