This is without doubt, one of the best collagen products I've ever tried. It helps my knee joints recover so much faster from exercise, and takes away the joint pain I've struggled with for some years. It dissolves seamlessly in hot liquids [do not use in cold water, it'll clump]. It's tasteless, which makes it very easy to take daily in tea, coffee or anything else- doesn't change the taste one bit. It's a very jar at under 25$ (1lb)- I think I'll stick with the brand as long as they keep up this quality. Great stuff.
