      Shipping was 11 days, but not sure how much is seller vs UPS. The packaging was beat up but the bike was ok and in working condition and as described. I would recommend if reselling bikes you make sure (specific to connected bikes) that the registration can be transferred, and cleared with the previous owner before selling. Very excited about the bike and the great value I got from Top Tier Cycles.

      Shipping was delayed 1 day, but was due to weather. Packaging was great, box was a little beat up, a few scratches but none that can't be buffed out. The price was comparable to other bikes, but Scott is my preferred brand. Item was as described with the exception of pedals, none were in the package.

      Initial problem with packaging, slight damage to item in shipping which Seller resolved both promptly and fairly. Very fast shipping, 4 days from east coast to west coast. Item was as described. Listed as used but it looks brand new. Lastly, on my computer screen the frame appeared white where in actuality it was silver the stated color.
