Fast shipping. Item arrived packaged well. Yoga bag was too small. I requested a full refund & offered to ship item back. Went back & forth with seller as they guarantee a full refund. I don’t have time to keep going back & forth with a seller that guarantees a full refund. I would not buy from this seller again because they did not do what their EBay Shop says. A partial refund is not a full refund. I should not have to negotiate back & forth when the refund policy is clearly stated.

Clearly this Seller is more interested in their bottom line, than actually Expediting the item in which you bought from them, considerably extending the amount of time a shipper has your item in transport! Item arrived "as described" and quality is what you would expect for the price being paid, w/Tortoise shipping
