    I've never received the item. It's been over a month since I've purchased the book. I keep getting excuses and promises on shipping on certain dates. When that date comes the seller does not ship out. Seller does not contact me instead I have to contact the seller on what's going on. Seller keeps moving ship date back, 3x already. Now seller refuse to respond. I would never buy from this seller again and recommend anyone else not to. Unprofessional.

    100%! This was my fault. And I do sincerely apologize for this transaction, not being fulfilled. As an eBay seller, this is the first time that I have failed to make good on a promise that I made to you. And for that I am truly sorry.
