I purchased Josie Maran moisturizer with spf 47, I didn't realize the protect & perfect meant it was tinted. I started a return, the seller stated that I selected the wrong reason, so I said I could edit or cancel. She suggested canceling, now I can not go back in and start a new return.The item also stated the expiration date wore off. It is so dried up that the pump can stand up in it. I can send images. I shouldn't have purchased this item when it stated no returns.

The product is not dried up, I sell these all the time without issue. You opened a return under the FALSE reason of "wrong item sent", I asked you to close that because it was NOT the wrong item sent. You did not properly read the description to know the item was tinted, which is listed in the the description and if you are familiar with the product then you'd know it is tinted. You CANNOT open returns under false reasons, I actually offered to accept a return if you paid for shipping
