The seller did not properly pack my item for shipping and the item arrived damaged. The package arrived with holes on the outside exposing the item. When opened a large scratch was on the item. The item was listed as new so no scratches should have been present. I can only assume it was due to the lack of proper shipping ot care by the seller. I was charged 15.60$ for shipping but the package said it cost 12.90$. I wouldn't be upset about that if it arrived in good condition. 179$ total for this

We ordered from Columbia and they delivered our purchase to the wrong address. Found the size we needed from resellingsneakersandstuff and purchased, knowing it would get delivered after Christmas. Seller got it shipped and it arrived Dec 22nd!!! My daughter cried when I sent her the pic! (It's her bf for whom the original was purchased). This seller kept the lines of communication open and followed through! Extremely pleased with our purchase & interaction!

Seller was attentive, responsive and faster to answer. Delivery was faster and on time. But the product package was not protected well and it was just in a regular plastic bag without any other protection. The tumbler had scratches and was damaged at the bottom. Pictures added as proof. Thank you.
