We ordered 4 sets of sliders. They were poorly packaged and some were lost during the shipping process. As it was through FedEx I contacted them and filed a claim. The claim required the seller to send a waiver in order to process the claim...This seller didn't/wouldn't do that, so we are now out $75 as we had to buy new ones while the claim was started. I messaged this seller a few times and they claimed not to know what a waiver was and never contacted FedEx....Will contact Ebay for help

Excellent transaction - Packed perfectly, exactly as described, speedy delivery; these Bubble Mailers are exactly what I need and use to secure many glass items that I ship. It is amazing what this extra safety step will do to keep those glass items intact on their journey. Wrap that glass in small bubble wrap and slip into the poly mailer, then send it out. And you know what can transpire during shipment….it’s an added step but very effective.
