Worst seller EVER. AVOID HIM. 6 weeks later I finally received a refund. The 1st fountain did not arrive. They second was NOT concrete (part resin); not gray (Dark avocado Green) and the box and foam insert in the top tier of foundation arrived badly damaged. ook weeks for the seller to send a prepaid label for UPS, meanwhile, he pretend USPS picked up things like this (TOO HEAVY). I had to TAPE messy styrofoam, AND PAY FOR PICK UP. Seller is Blaming me for damage in return shipping by UPS.

We encountered a difficult buyer who only wanted a refund without returning the product. Despite our insistence on requiring the return of the item for a refund, the returned goods were severely damaged. This has left our business in a dire situation, as we have not only incurred losses on the product and shipping costs, but also had our funds refunded. To make matters worse, the buyer left a negative review, distorting the facts to tarnish our reputation.
