I've contacted seller twice. He was very rude. The plate arrived damaged. I could hear the pieces moving around in the box but my excitement to receive this over ran me to hand it back to the postal person. I've ordered 19 plates in the last two months and this was the only one damaged. Seller was extremely rude. I paid $71.52. He offered no solution not even apology. I said we could split the price of the damaged plate, which cannot be repaired. He offered NO SOLUTION or apology.

This buyer has made a complete false claim. They had the plate for well over a month, told me how beautifully packaged it was,etc. then tried to get me to pay them WITHOUT a claim! she claimed the item was so broken it was "rattling" around in the package that was supposed to be perfect? The plate which SHE broke wasn't even shown to be in pieces which rattled her photo showed nothing. On top of it I ended up refunding her as she wanted. Beware this buyer! she is the rude one! false claims!!
