Item received was not what was pictured. When I asked for refund I was initially denied. Shortly after being denied (while waiting to post a negative review) I was offered the actual item I was looking to buy and it was offered it at a very reasonable price. Although it's frustrating that a picture was posted that was not the described item, Bikes Trikes and Quads made an honest effort to make things right. They are an honest broker and I'd feel comfortable purchasing from them in the future.

It’s an awesome looking product that appears to be put together well and seller had it at a reduced price offer. Item was placed with carrier at what seemed like immediately because I just bought it and it made it from upper Washington state to north Georgia in recorded time! Well according to the promised time I got it 2 days earlier and for $30.00 end result less than I had anticipated! Like I voiced 1 concern and the vender responded at 10:30 at night in like 6-7 mins! The seller is GREAT
