About the BrandDana is a perfumery house founded in 1932 in Barcelona, Spain by the lawyer Javier Serra. The company headquarters was relocated to Paris and due to the German occupation of France during the World War II, finally settled in the United States. Dana launched series of notable classic fragrances between the 30’s and 50’s. The company's first perfume - Tabu, was created by the famous perfumer Jean Carles, who was influenced by the oriental scents and aromas. Nowadays Dana continues creating series of successful fragrances for the mass market and introduces updated versions of old adored perfumes as well.

Potent and Intoxicating !!!
I grew up wearing this many many years ago and even in my youth, and this fragrance is still as intoxicating now as it was then. Back in the day when I was growing up, we didn't have all the intense social-engineering of what fragrances should be worn by who and at what age, and at what time of the day and season. What a drag to hear the statements made by many of the people who are affected by this and who are trapped in this mode. I'm glad that during the time I was growing up and as an utter perfume lover and being surrounded by many who felt the same, most of us knew how to simply and purely appreciate the deeper essence of fragrances. It is very interesting to see and note that this fragrance divide ( social-engineering) is most prevalent with women, It seems that men are not as affected by this nonsense and kudos to them. Having said all that, back to the fragrance, it has powdery notes and is potent and lasts all day. I tried it once and fell in love with it.
Toujours Moi has been our favorite since my wife got me using in in the 1970s. She'd been using it since high school. As a newly wed, she stayed home while I worked. Missing me, she'd sometimes wear one of my shirts as she worked around the house. Occasionally she'd freshen her perfume before changing out of my shirt. One evening, I came home from work and did a quick change of clothes so we could go out with friends. We were in the car before I realized I had Toujours Moi on the collar of my shirt. I had no time to go back and change the shirt. I got compliments on the scent and have been wearing it ever since. My wife and I both use it daily.
