Excellent communication resolved a minor issue promptly. The description indicated three items; radio with internal battery, microphone, and charger. The charger was not there. Seller explained that the package no longer comes with charger and they immediately refuned that cost. This allowed me to purchase the charger elsewhere.Things happen.
