I've been using this product for a few years now whenever i make my Chinese Chicken Soup or my homemade fried rice and homemade egg rolls. It's an essential ingredient. Nothing else tastes the same. I can no longer find it in the regular grocery stores and many specialty markets have sold out of it. I found it online and ordered it right away.
