First, I made an offer for the item which included shipping. Seller agreed to offer, but charged me an additional $10 on top of the original price, then processed the order without my confirmation.
Second, the item shipped was not the same as the item pictured, and did not fit my refrigerator.

We shipped the exact item the customer requested and ordered, we accepted a generous offer on our part, of 20% off and told them we do not offer free shipping. They say we processed the order without confirmation (not even possible for us to do this!) They ordered the wrong part for their model. We encourage buyers to verify part before purchase but if wrong part is ordered we are willing to exchange as well.

purchased the item because it said it was a replacement for WH12X27614. When I got the item and took out the part from the washer it was clearly not the replacement for the part. Bad listing, I am purchasing another from someone else. The point is I was under stress figuring out how to replace everything and I shouldn't have trusted the listing and read the other reviews. I double checked to see if it was my fault but I did search the correct part it was just listed wrong on this product.
