    The seller communicated clearly and shipped the item promptly. They were upfront about the small amt of damage on the corner of the poster. Unfortunately it got bent pretty noticeably across the middle of the poster in the mail so I think they should consider an alternative packing method in the future. It's not the end of the world but it was a somewhat expensive item so it would've been nice for it to arrive in better condition.

    hello, I noticed you submitted neutral feedback, this has only happened 2-3 times since I started selling, where the card got bent in the middle. I can send you a new one if you are willing to help me submit a claim through ups for me to get the money back from ups for the damage, but you would need the original packing material, do you still have it by chance? I wish you had reached out to me first :(
