    Excellent customer service. The beautiful Mexican Talavera pottery bird bath delivered by FedEX was broken in pieces on arrival. It is NOT in any way the seller's fault. It was packaged and padded very well and labeled all over with "fragile" labels. Unfortunately, FedEX is known for destroying breakable items and then refusing to take responsibility. However, I was refunded by the seller immediately, and she is filing a claim with FedEX. I wish her a lot of luck with them.
