Slow to ship, took days to ship after I had a shipping number 3 to be exact. Then took 3 days to answer message on eBay, when I questioned them when they were physically shipping out the order, seller only replied 30-40 minutes before my package was delivered, product was as expected and described.

The product is as described. I was concerned it would be too big but it has an elegant look and low profile. Fast delivery and really fast response to questions. We were prepared to cut a hole in our wall to get a power source under our sink. Lol no power source is required. Thanks to this seller and the speed in which he replied to my message saved our wall.
