I had asked the cost difference to ship via UPS vs USPS and then paid the difference (which was more) and still shipped it via USPS. Would encourage more clear and direct communication when requests like that are made to ensure everyone is on the same page. Not a huge deal, would buy from them again. Overall positive experience.
