Good communication from seller. Item arrived quickly. The outer packaging was great but the inner packing was sparse - controller was wrapped in paper (no bubble-wrap or cushioning materials) allowing it to move within the box during shipping. Even so, the controller appears to be in excellent, fully functional condition.
