We always go to great effort to package and ship safely, these were in manufacturing packaging with additional soft packaging added to protect them and they all arrived fine. We also lost $14 on shipping as it cost us $61+ to ship this item and we did not want to charge the buyer an exorbitant price as we will typically pay part of our buyers shipping on larger items. Typically if buyers actually reach out when unhappy we will do something for them, thanks again for your business.

I received only 5 pearls not 10 as described in your description. I paid for 10 not 5 pearls. Poor seller. Why did you just send 5 pearls. I also paid for cream-green pearls but received 2 packages of cream yellow pearls. The cream - green pearls cost $5 more than the cream- yellow pearls. What kind of poor mix- up is this, how can you do this to poor customers. This is being dishonest to your customers if they don't see the difference.
