❤️ the volume adjusting isn't as dramatic as i thought it would be as in, it's like full volume until you get it right before off position. But other than that, the wah is so awesome because of the warm and classic options. The Q level really let's you adjust how much range you want with your sound. Really awesome pedal.

This wah is awesome!! It delivers as advertised. The footprint is perfect for what I want, not too big and not too small. The inictor LEDs are a great touch. The effect adds a dynamic to my playing and has an unique sound that is tweakable with the Q knob and voice switch.

A Definite Upgrade from a HUGE, Old Morley Pro-Series

I got this excellent Hotone Soul Press II to replace an old Morley volume pedal that I'd grown tired of do to it gargantuan size and poor, uneven sweep. This product is much more pedalboard friendly as a volume pedal--AND it is way more than that! The Hotone Soul Press II is a volume pedal, a wah, and an expression pedal. The volume and wah are active, and the expression is passive, and I believe the pedal is true bypass when volume or wah modes are not on. You can have it in wah mode only, volume mode only, or always on in a switchable volume/wah mode. The expression pedal works passively in all modes; you can’t turn that off. To use the expression feature, you will need a TRS cable. The wah has two settings, classic or warm, and there is an Q knob that controls where the peak sits in ...

  • wakka wakka.. wakka wah wakka...

gteat action. very responsive. the tone adjustments are effective. seems sturdy. i am not really a volume pedal guy, but that feature works very predictably. it parks on a setting really well. i mean, really well... wahs all seem just a bit different. and they react to amps and pedals somewhat unpredictably. i like this one with my rig/(i also like my other wan, and it is completely different...). the judgments are very subjective, if its in yer price range, give it a ride...

  • Excellent wah/volume pedal!

This is the best choice if you need a volume/wah pedal (2 in 1), it seems to be built like a tank (metal chassis), very good range for both wah modes, no noise or anything added to my pedalboard after connecting it. It is the best sounding option and a bang for the buck for it's price in a very convenient size (uses a bit more space than a regular pedal but way less than a regular wah/volume one).

  • So far - so good!

So far, I have only had one short time to hook this pedal up and listen to what it can do. I was VERY pleased! I had watched several videos and one had me worried that there would be a dead spot where the volume cuts out when near the lowest (heel down) position. This was not the case, however. Transition was VERY smooth from full volume all the way to silence. I myself have had this same issue with other volume pedals. Everything else about the pedal is fantastic. I LOVE how you can control the Q or frequency sensitivity. Great Pedal so far !!!

  • More than I expected!

I bought this pedal because of its small size and multiple functions. The sweep is nice and wide, the pedal handles expression functions simultaneously with wah very well. For those interested in alternate applications; I bought this with the intent to use it to manipulate my Antichthon fuzz/noise pedal but that didn't work. The wah seems to be digital and that might have something to do with why.
