They couldn't ship color I wanted. Scooter came late with parts missing. Simple fender parts couldn't be ordered; they had to ship whole wiring harness, so I have to disassemble scooter to reinstall harness. then half of harness shipment doesn't show up. And since the interminable wait for response from customer service, I no longer have box to return scooter. Will return it anyway. This sucks; messaging them is like trying to talk to the moon. 2 day delay always.
