The item was not a factory new or whatever it was about an inch and a half below where it should’ve been and when you unscrew the tube or the bottle they’re supposed to be a white or a silver thing protecting the hole where the product is, it did not exist so I believe it was used. I’ve asked a refund.

This was listed as factory sealed and brand new. It was received unsealed and 1/2 product used. It clearly has been used. I think it’s terrible when sellers lie about products especially when it’s professional cosmetics and the bacteria and who knows what else. Buyers please be cautious.
