    Solid, though not everything I’d hoped for

    Nice so far, great value for the money. I run it with a Makita 18v battery & adapter, which I assume explains why mine has no functioning power adjustment capability. The nice slider switch on the top has no discernible affect on anything during operation. Great other than that

    Great saw, terrible chuck.

    This is a very nice mid-range jigsaw with one HUGE glaring flaw: the blade chuck only takes Ryobi brand blades without modification. It doesn't take the U shank blades at all and will only take the Bosch T shanks if you modify the little nubs on either side of the blade. By comparison my Black and Decker cheapo corded saw takes U shank or T shank without issue! Some reviewers say the dust blower is weak, well there is no dust blower at all, but that is no bigggie to me, it DOES have a nice LED headlight to illuminate the cutting area and for me THAT is more important than a dust blower. I like the on-board tool storage for adjusting height and angle of the shoe. It feels really nice in the hand and is not overly noisy for a jigsaw. I look forward to many many hours of use out of this saw.

    It is a lovely jigsaw. it handles well is not heavy and is powerful enough for anything you need to do. It's well built and the battery life on it is excellent. I highly recommend this unit whether you're a hobbyist, a homeowner or a professional. It's that good!

    Easy Cutting Corners

    I am really impressed with the Ryobi ONE+ 18V Orbital Jig Saw. It's powerful, easy to control, accurate and cuts around corners very easily. Very pleased to have added to my arsenal of Ryobi ONE+ tools.
