    So seller advertises with remote. Seller ships with no remote. Seems like a small problem we'll replacement remote cost 10.00 dollars. Advertise says used with remote condition of receiver is good. But the fact that they say it comes with remote and ships it without. Seller says they where out of stock of the remote and they didn't update advertise. Sellers only fix is to have me return it. I would of been happy with 5.00 refund.     Intex needs to add dimension labels to their tub images

    Intex 28449EP Dimensions are not clear in the description, and OEM should be much more specific. Even adding a very simple graphic to the literature showing how the dimensions are applied to this hot tub would be hugely beneficial. As installed the 28449EP square 4 person tub dimensions (by tape measure): Longest dimension: From the tip of the pump/heater unit across to the outermost wall = 90 inches Outer dimensions of the inflated portion of the tub = ~68 inches by 68 inches Inner dimensions (where the water is) = ~51 inches by 51 inches The tub setup was very easy, and the salt water sanitizing system seems to be working extremely well. It was very easy to balance the chemistry and keep a smooth level of free chlorine in the tub. If Intex had a simple graphic of the hot tub with ...

    Great value but directions need improvement.

    Once we got it set up, we were very impressed with how consistent the jets were and how comfortable it was. Totally worth the money and the effort to set up. The directions were not that great because the pictures weren’t as clear as they could be but with some help from YouTube we were successful.
