The item I ordered had an issue: one of its three pieces was the wrong size. According to the description, the item was a customer return, so I assume the customer switched out the piece and the seller didn't realize. That being said, the seller promptly refunded the purchase, which I appreciate. Also, they shipped it really fast, packaged it well, and sold it for a great price. I'm disappointed about the issue, but their kind/helpful service really did make a difference.
