Buyer Beware. I purchased a Sony VPL-PHZ51. Realized in setting the unit up the seller had sent me a Sony VPL-PHZ10. I contacted the seller and provided pictures of the menu showing the Sony PHZ10. They said they had made an error and offered a discount. Since this model is several years older than the one I ordered, I returned it. Now they opened a case blaming me for damage in the return. They used my return pictures against me. The return packing is attached just as they sent it.
