    Everything is great but the one thing that bothers me is I can't put more than 5 lbs of pressure on the device or it makes a loud rattling sound when vibrating plastic meets another plastic on the device. I can travel it over an area but if I push too much it makes a loud alarming rattle (plastic against plastic). Besides that it's a great machine. It heats up fast (45 seconds to a minute). The dial that turns up the vibration is good. The pad on the machine is soft but not too soft.

    Great item. Exactly as described. For full usage of this item, it is best if someone else used this on you. It is limited when attempting to self-use, e.g. can't use it on the backside of my body without assistance. But ideal if you are going to use item on another. Other than that, I'm a happy customer.

Used only twice but feels good and helps to relax muscles and pain. Comparable to my chiropractor’s unit but maybe not quite as strong. Would recommend.
