Item and seller quite satisfactory. Ebay unsatisfactory: This arrived over an hour after eBay told me it had been delivered several hours earlier. The envelope makes it clear that this is a continuing problem with eBay, since I recognized it from some time ago: "eBay standard envelopes" are reported as "delivered" when they are turned over to USPS, not when they are actually delivered to the addressee. Neither eBay or Pitney Bowes have achieved competency. Why should we trust them at all?

The capacitor was smashed when it arrived because it was sent in an envelope with a stamp and no tracking. I do support this method in certain circumstances, but it did not work on this occasion. Seller refunded and said they were sending another component (which I did was indifferent to) but it never arrived. Overall good communication and price if the item arrives safely; they seem nice.
