Arrived on time in vacuum sealed bag inside a box. It said give it a few days to take it original shape. It did some. Not much. Overall the chair is smaller than it looks in pics and it's very easy for a toddler to tip it over when climbing on the chair. At $50.00 it's cute but I won't be buying again
