condition description accurate. fragile crystal items arrived intact. packing of individual items with additional layer of padding/bubble wrap recommended for the future...they were jostling around in the wine box...bubble wrap was bumping against adjacent bubble wrap and they could be less "loose" in inner box. Basically, we experienced a Christmas/Channukah miracle that they arrived intact given how rough the shipping/handlers usually are.
