The second was delayed again due to winter storms and took 7 days to be delivered. We paid for express shipping both times out of our own pocket to make sure they got there alive and well. We have been using the same packaging for 5 years with excellent results. We didn't insult the customer, they came at us with some rough language and I take full responsibility for how it was handled.
