Generated the label and then didn't ship out for a couple business days. This happens and not why I am frustrated. After contacting the seller about the hold up, they told me that tracking updates were just delayed. This is not true. FedEx puts a date/timestamp on the package when they receive it, and it was exact to the tracking information. Being dishonest about the tracking updates delay is not cool. I am a shipping receiving manager for my day job. I understand how this works.
