AS DESCRIBED ,SHIPPED FAST. PLENTY OF PADDING HOWEVER WHEEL FLANGES CUT THROUGH BUBBLE WRAP AND DAMAGED TOP SURFACE OF LOCOMOTIVE SELLER SHOULD HAVE PLACED A SINGLE LAYER OF CARDBOARD BETWEEN THE LOCO AND THE TENDER. WHEEL FLANGES GO THROUGH BUBBLE WRAP LIKE A KNIFE THROUGH BUTTER. I CAN FIX THE DAMAGE BUT SHOULD NOT HAVE TO. ALSO, SELLER SHOULD OFFER MORE THAN ONE SHIPPING SERVICE. ON HEAVY PACKAGES BOTH UPS AND FEDEX ARE 40% CHEAPER THAN USPS. PACKAGING O SCALE TRAINS IS A SPECIAL SKILL.
