Had to fight with the seller about returning and refunding my money. They wanted me to return to ISREAL and not the US - fought that then they sent me a bogus return label. Fought that, and then they did refund me when i threatened to report them to ebay and the credit card. In the end i got my money back, but they are NOT a good seller to deal with. STAY AWAY!

BEWARE: The Worst Shipping I have Ever Seen So Far On E bay. I Purchased This Picture Frame Which Was Delivered In A Box 10 Times The Width Of The Frame & Wrapped In A Sheet Of Brown Paper. Lack Of Communication From The Seller Till Threatened To Report Them To E Bay Did I Get Any Results. I Did Receive A Refund But Other Then That Horrible, They Should Be Ashamed.
